Alas, there are NO corrupt bankers here. Were any CHARGED? NO! They just leveraged IGNORANCE. they broke no laws.

They are still doing it, and all of you aren't even qualified to question the issue.

Private Prosecution A prosecution commenced by a member of the public, as opposed to a peace officer.

Pre-Enquete Hearing An "in camera" proceeding before a justice of the peace to determine whether an Information should be laid against a person at the private complaint of another person.

In Camera Private/closed; said of hearings that are not open to the public or the media.

Information A formal document containing the offences that the accused is charged with. Informations are used in the Ontario Court of Justice.

Complainant A person who brings a legal complaint against another; may include the victim of an alleged criminal offence.
