After "authorised by" just sign it. Nothing else is required. Understand everything it says before using it though as you will be quizzed on it ;)

why sign it. you would just sign for the name and attach yourself as surety and have prejudice against you for not knowing wtf you are doing.

Look friends I did it this way and it was the way Scott said to do it and it worked perfectly, so take your pick. Im showing what I did and shows it worked perfectly, I never had to step a foot inside their court.

I signed it as you see, as the all rights reserved, principal and beneficiary for the MICHAEL ANTHONY RIVERA TRUST.

I signed the one time I used it also. Haven't heard anything back yet (motor tax fine)

Eamonn O Brien and you shouldnt hear anything back, cause they have no right to you and you are showing them you are not surety for the name but instead the Principal and Beneficiary of the TRUST. Like with my case I didnt receive anything back, I just looked online and saw it was put as Nolle Prosequi and then I knew it was over. They sent the victim a letter, which i uploaded for your and everyone's eyes.

I sent mine, they wrote back in response to it and I then discharged the debt...

Eli Weakley those are Scott words. When I did mine, I followed every detail Scott said. I signed it the way he said at that time. All rights reserved Principal and Beneficiary for the trust.

I am now in need of some clarification from the admiral. lol

A QUALIFIED signature [By: Scott Duncan] is fine. it's just a seal/mark then.

AUTHORIZED BY: Is the best. It now has AUTHORITY. I usually reserve it for the second round of letters.
