This is all they sent the so called victim. They never sent me anything and I never stepped in the courtroom besides when i was arraigned again. No Surety so they know not to even bother me with any correspondence. Only the shitty public defendant lawyer kept trying for me to appear in court Monday even though it already appeared online it was closed, telling me oh the judge likes to speak with me and usually doesn't end a case without speaking to the accused. I told if he wanted to appear in court and waste his day by all means please do, but I was not gonna appear and fall for that stupid little scheme. They are slick n evil. Michael Rivera is already in the court custody as the birth certificate is filed in the case. Whats even more sick, is that I fired the lawyer and he still kept calling. Wake up Friends, Lawyers are not out to help you, even if you hire one, his interest and loyalty lies with the court first. We arw just WARDS of the court. In other words STUPID, of unsound minds.

O ...fk this makes me ANGRY as fk... for O so many reasons... My stupid ex...who I have had 3 orders on, decided upon finding out that my now wife and I are having a baby- decided to TRY and get US- (new female partner of over 3 yrs,) stiffed with a domestic THEN a protection order. STILL the thing had to go through 'normal court processes ' Finally - AFTER I actually had to FACE the fker (in court ) who has made my life a MISERY for most of the 16 years Ive known him- AND I have diagnosed anxiety and PTS issues cos of issues largly to do with him... *All we could do , was go step by step ...by the letter of law... AND waited till LAST court date where he was 'suppossed to proove evidence (:D WT....F ? ) , and obviously THEN didnt turn up AT ALL for that, and thus it was FINALLY thrown out...

WE had 3 days in court before that- EVEN with a docs cert on my behalf.... AND cos OUR whereabouts isn't even known to him- the need to go to the court where HE had this done- 2 HOURS away ! EACH way. So whole thing cost me terrible anxiety...caused undue stress in a family home, AND well...seems THAT is just AOK...AND if he wants to- he can put in YET another 'asking for an order anytime again'. WHERE the fk IS the fairness...IN any of it ? :((

send a bill of attainder to the dept. of treasury on his behalf ,Name of law firm , which you will find is not Bonded , and use him by his own laws . If he doesn't , file a claim with the bar , again on his name .Keep on posting Brother . Make them eat their own words , Blacks Law .Rock on !
