Its like my case, simple sent the judge and district Attorney my Notice of mistake by registered mail a week before my trial was to begin and it wasnt over no ticket, it was a criminal charges and I didnt show up for the trial. Its all about SURETY and Accounting. The bullshit appointed lawyer even called me on Sunday night trying to make me appear monday morning for the trial. Nolle Prosequi. Case closed prior to hearing.
