The Magistrate Adjourned the case until the 1st of July. Santos Bonacci is planning to use the person's surety to settle the matter via a promissory note, before July 1st 2014. Can this "work" at this point? My thoughts are that since Santos failed to be acting as the SOLE AUTHORIZED ADMINISTRATOR for the PERSON (he was not ADMINISTRATING the PUBLIC DEBTS being sent to his PERSON), SOMEONE is trying to ADMINISTRATE the ESTATE without authorization, to SETTLE the ACCOUNTING, and also looking for the SURETY. And.. since he applied for bail, and has shown-up twice for the matters of SANTOS BONACCI... smells like SURETY to me. Am I wrong? He is double minded, because of "belief". As a consequence, he LIES, as well. It's all accounting, and surety. At the end, he had to end-up being called to ACCOUNT for the UNBALANCED BOOKS.

This is where you realize how IMPORTANT it is to ADMINISTRATE the PERSON in the very fuckin most flawless way you can by SYSTEMATICALLY and CLREALY DEFLECTING SURETY EACH AND EVERY TIME anyone may be lead to believe that YOU could be the SURETY...

I don't wish harm to Santos, and/or Dean. Yet, people have to see that if your guru is in jail, he CAN'T be a GURU! Much less for toll tickets. Is that so difficult to see? :/ And even still when some are acting in TRUST LAW, "they" are not following the Rule of Law, which MUST produce many other interrogatives (like about INVOLUNTARY SERVITUDE). The problem is that Santos, like Menard et al., says some truth, but also many lies. He also has a problem with his "positions" : he says he has nothing to do with the person, but on the other hand he IS ACTING as IF he "IS", at least surety, for the person. He said that acting as/for the person is FRAUD, and then he goes commit some FRAUD by acting. A "reporter" asked him the greatest question I heard, "If you don't have any regard for them, why do you come in? I know, for ME, it was not Dean, or Santos, or any others that brought me to Scott Duncan. It was ME. It has been ALL ME, ALL ALONG! Its like my case, simple sent the judge and district Attorney my Notice of mistake by registered mail a week before my trial was to begin and it wasnt over no ticket, it was a criminal charges and I didnt show up for the trial. Its all about SURETY and Accounting. The bullshit appointed lawyer even called me on Sunday night trying to make me appear monday morning for the trial. Nolle Prosequi. Case closed prior to hearing.

Hmmmm....it don't fly like that in Massachusetts....

And I was already in jail and got out on bond and then was able to learn the truth and be set free.
