What happens when the never register for school? On the other hand, the extra damage you could do claiming them since they are severely mentally incapacitated.
Umm...OR, they've decided that they aren't generating enough revenue through LEGAL PERSONS attached to LIVING people...so now they're going to start cashing in on the dead as well. How does registering for school factor into that equation?
if that person never registers for some kind of formal education then, in their world, who is the responsible one? "you never registered your child for any schooling so here is a ticket, see you in court,"
Yes, I know it is much bigger than that ticket. Please allow me to clear this up. I should have said, it is far bigger than that person they create. It will affect everyone but will also increase the burden on the family who gave birth. It will add to the revenue by robbing more value from the parents since most all of them believe this person is their children and will have to constantly defend themselves for this person.
No, he's just thinking wrong. If he can read this article, and all that he gets out of it is "revenue through tickets for school registration"...
To quote a "Scottism", this is a perfect example of "thinking wrong and valuing the wrong things".
What defence? The family would have zero involvement after its creation, there IS NO CHILD, so what more could they be responsible for? The LEGAL PERSON created would be entirely at the government's disposal.
And it would all be a lie, since, again, there is NO child, so it doesn't actually have ANY future value.
Eamonn, there are MANY people in this country who make their living off of welfare. These people do not think about what happens behind the scenes. They see this as " I will get another exemption on my taxes and receive other benefits and have NO expenses for this person." And as far as government is concerned, they are going to overlook it until the benefit no longer applies to the government.
They are trying to sell this as "comfort to grieving parents", and issue a BIRTH CERTIFICATE. As far as the family is concerned, THAT is as far as it goes. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, a brand new LEGAL PERSON has just been conjured into existence.
As far as the families are concerned, this is strictly a gesture. A record that their child was actually BORN...but died. It goes no further than that for them.
The first benefit authorised administrators (parents) apply for is children's allowance. They would hit a wall right there due to there being no child.
That said, would the government benefit from the person if there's no guaranteed security? i.e. A lifetime of taxes etc? :(
On an ACCOUNTING point of vue, let say that the STATE ends up with 42 million PERSONS, at a specific giving time instead of 39 Millions......it will give them the opportunity to CREATE more debt, because they have more COLLATERAL for debts :)
"If governments could print money themselves, they would surely put out too much of it, and the resulting inflation would throw the economy into chaos. Institutions such as the Bank of England or US Federal Reserve were created to carefully regulate the money supply to prevent inflation."

"What the Bank of England admitted this week is that none of this is really true. BoE summary: "Rather than banks receiving deposits when households save and then lending them out, bank lending creates deposits" "In normal times, the central bank does not fix the amount of money in circulation, nor is central bank money 'multiplied up' into more loans and deposits."
In other words, it's backwards. When banks make loans, they create money. This is because money is really just an IOU. The role of the central bank is to preside over a legal order that effectively grants banks the exclusive right to create IOUs of a certain kind, ones that the government will recognise as legal tender by its willingness to accept them in payment of taxes. There's really no limit on how much banks could create, provided they can find someone willing to borrow it." /www.bankofengland.co.uk/publications/Documents/quarterlybulletin/2014/qb14q102.pdf
