Hey, we NEVER said we will buy back this public debt and pay for it, we are seeking for a BILL, so we can ADMINISTRATE that debt, as the SOLE AUTHORIZED ADMINISTRATOR for the person to whom you've sending the said debt.
We NEED a statement, and a remittance voucher to do this, and you are OBLIGED to send us this.
If you choose to NOT send us the appropriate tools to ADMINISTRATE that debt, we will consider that there is NO DEBT, and/or you are in bad faith, and/or you are lying to us, and/or you are hiding stuff from us, and/or you are incompetent.
