I really think folks should retract the word PAYING of their vocabulary.......especially when they are not even sure they want to BUY something.
Before I can PAY for something, I need to have made the decision to BUY that something......Buying ALWAYS come before PAYING, I use to PAY for stuff that I didn't even knew I was buying....
A public debt needs to be bought back, before it gets PAID.
