Maybe you could start by the begining, and give the opportunity to those who sent you this bill, to give you a hand on how to COMPLETE that bill, so there won't be any defect on the instrument.... Now. that is doing something in GOOD FAITH ;-)

I really think folks should retract the word PAYING of their vocabulary.......especially when they are not even sure they want to BUY something. Before I can PAY for something, I need to have made the decision to BUY that something......Buying ALWAYS come before PAYING, I use to PAY for stuff that I didn't even knew I was buying.... A public debt needs to be bought back, before it gets PAID.

Thanks Pete, I will ask if he (signatory party) could help us complete the Bill he sent. I agree about the use of the "paying" word, that is his words, I wrote them explaining that we are wishing to administrate a Bill for the account if we are provided with one. With your knowledge of what qualifies a Bill of Exchange, would you consider the posted document a Bill of Exchange? We received a "statement" along with the posted document, and his language clearly, again, is an offer for us to be surety. I will, again, correct our intent with a wish for us to receive instruction on how to properly complete the Bill.

The document stated "we wish to have the account settled. We hereby demand you send us a BILL for the balance owing for the PERSONS' ACCOUNT. We promise to administrate all debts attached to any BILLS we receive from you." I will refrain from using the word "settled" in subsequent documents. To me, I did not state; however, that I would settle the account. But that is the content of the letter that the above post was generated from.

You need to communicate again with this liar, and tell him Hey, we NEVER said we will buy back this public debt and pay for it, we are seeking for a BILL, so we can ADMINISTRATE that debt, as the SOLE AUTHORIZED ADMINISTRATOR for the person to whom you've sending the said debt. We NEED a statement, and a remittance voucher to do this, and you are OBLIGED to send us this. If you choose to NOT send us the appropriate tools to ADMINISTRATE that debt, we will consider that there is NO DEBT, and/or you are in bad faith, and/or you are lying to us, and/or you are hiding stuff from us, and/or you are incompetent. :P

Well, its a response to Eamonn O Brien's comment, he said that if I walk in a bank to settle a loan with just cash, they will turn it into money of account, a check, that they will give back to ME, thinking I'm surety, because I need to SIGN it. When in the CASH, my PERSON is NOT surety for those bills. You get it now? How can a bank force my PERSON to turn cash into money of account? I don't see guns there.
