<<Dear IRS: the computer is not telling ME how much income it made from Bitcoin. I am having a difficult time making it file anything. It labels itself "sovereign-puter", and is saying "your shit laws" don't apply to it. Can we call it even?>>

<<The notice provides that virtual currency is treated as property for U.S. federal tax purposes. General tax principles that apply to property transactions apply to transactions using virtual currency. Among other things, this means that:
Wages paid to employees using virtual currency are taxable to the employee, must be reported by an employer on a Form W-2, and are subject to federal income tax withholding and payroll taxes.
Payments using virtual currency made to independent contractors and other service providers are taxable and self-employment tax rules generally apply. Normally, payers must issue Form 1099.
The character of gain or loss from the sale or exchange of virtual currency depends on whether the virtual currency is a capital asset in the hands of the taxpayer.
A payment made using virtual currency is subject to information reporting to the same extent as any other payment made in property. >>
There is also a section I have read in the Tax Guide for Canada that "One must claim any barter exchange"........I'll get right on that. It was quite a while ago that I read it, but I remember it all too well. So, if one was to give a police man a blowjob in exchange for ones life, is that bartering?

I say no Cara. I don't see equal consideration. He is allowing you to labor for you to receive his bodily fluids but gets nothing in return. You already have life, so it would just be a donation
So I guess it just comes down to perspective, does it not? You see it as exchange for life. I see it as you already have life but want it to be better than the one the officer is offering. At the very basic level those with the most POWER of manipulation wins in this game, either by mind games or by force. Life is what you make it. Which level you are willing to operate on and die for is the real factor.
Captains give me my POWER, and they can take it back. The role of being in power does not forgive error. Currently those IN power rely on public ignorance.
You were once a captain, and now you are cargo. The admiral on a distant flagship doesn't care how upset CARGO is.
Give POWER to those you TRUST. Don't try to get it yourself. That's how those "in power" put you in cages. They are NEVER directly involved in the use of force...and when force is used, that's where the POWER is. Notice the man/woman IN POWER has nothing to do with the people using force?
As someone with POWER, and bound by that trust to NEVER lie to you, I tell you this, and you should PAY ATTENTION:
DO NOT SEEK POWER! BESTOW IT!
And the reason WHY I "have" it, someone else decided so :/
The cargo has been sent to me, so I get to ADMINISTRATE it :P
And the fuck up is, I AM THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN GIVE VALUE TO THAT CARGO :D
HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!, ....(what a fucking weird world we live in !!! :-o )
I would expect the thieves to put out this kind of propaganda to influence the masses from even looking into Bitcoin. I am looking to get started in the Bitcoin arena. Does anyone have any recommendations for good material to read and research for building a strong education in this arena? Moreover, why would I want to report what I mine or earn to the IRS. They did not have anything to do with Bitcoins creation the pious-puking thieves. So then, where the hell did they ever get the idea that they could take something that they had nothing to do with its creation? Dang! Do I want to hang these guys by their balls.
Onlashuk Shugaharra, you can start by installing a Dogecoin wallet at your end. Then, load your wallet with 10,000 Doge. Get coins FREE (using faucets and/or "digging" for the coins with your machine), and/or exchanging them for another currency. Doge are very cheap to get, compared to bitcoin. You may get a bitcoin wallet, as well, but we are "practicing" with Doge.
Most of us here already have done this. There is a thread about his, started by Captain Pete Daoust.
I also recommend you to go to the "files" section of this page, and read EVERYTHING that has the words "Scott" , "Tender for Law" and/or "nuggets" in the title. You may also visit Admiral Scott's page, and look for the NOTES section. You will find some important reading there, as well.
I strongly recommend everyone new to READ as much as you can, before start yapping away here (I'm not implying you are). There is no tolerance for ignorance being passed as knowledge. But certainly ask all question you may have concerning what you are studying here. The Admiral himself, and/or some of us will be glad to point you out to the right place. Welcome.
Thank you Mackximus Minimus, and yes, I am going back and doing a thread-by-thread review. I only wish there was some kind of tool to rip them into a document so I can add my notes, thoughts and potential questions.
