Another victory for the NOTICE OF MISTAKE. Patsy Rivera was made an offer to appear in court for a speeding ticket and the Notice of mistake handled it. No need to even appear just sent the NOM registered mail to the judge and Birth Certificate deposited in the court.

Im confused on how the depositing of the BC works. Is it done only once in the proper venue and it stays there or is it done with every "offer to appear" and the like and goes back to the sole authorized admin once the matter is settled? Is liening the NAME a prerequisite?

Im confused on how the depositing of the BC works: You just DEPOSE it You can make 30 certified copy of that thing, if you want. If I remember correctly, you create an AFFIDAVIT, stating the TRUTH on WHO I AM, and then you ATTACH a Notice of Mistake, as exhibit "A", and the Birth Certificate as exhibit "B" Is that sounds good, boys & girls ? :D

But if they "offer to appear", I guess it can be NEGOTIABLE, as hey, I will ACCEPT this "offer to appear", but I need $3000.00 / hour, for my time, type of thing... :P If it's REALLY an OFFER though... :/

But if it's an ORDER to appear, now you'll need to find out, WHO is ORDERING, and from WHERE he has the AUTHORITY to do so, I guess :/ As the SOLE authorized Administrator, I would certainly PRESUMED, that another PERSON have decided to TAKE OVER the administration ? What do you think ? :/

As the King, you may express your wishes to appoint a trustee, order him to settle the accounting, and cut "you" a check. Please dont take my word for it. It's what I can think off.
