Does not the maritime lien as stated in Public notice and the PPSA, make it unlawful and illegal to use for anyone, other than authorized parties? I know it is not mine, the duly authorized trustee corp holds legal and equitable title via lien and granting of trust, which is includes but is not limited to power of attorney. What am I missing?
