FROM THE PEARLS-BEFORE-SWINE DEPT:

I sometimes observe people's speculations regarding what creates joinder in legal matters. We hear comments and arguments citing the "live" birth certificate, the registered birth certificate, legal currency, social contracts, first names, last names, names in "Capitis Diminutio Maxima", and probably at some point the correlation of giving birth in the desert while viewing a sunning lizzard. There are individuals and teams pouring over historical documents, legal documents or simply looking for secret words or mystery themes in every day documents.

None of these conversations relate to my point, though.

In contract law (and how can this be about anything else where there is no injured party), there are two or more parties who enter into an agreement with knowledge and understanding. If written properly all parties are aware of the responsibilities and surety attached to the terms and conditions - including the penalties for non-performance. If "social contracts" exist would it not be reasonable for all participants to enter into the agreement with full clarity?

If you need to go looking for the secret signals that have obligated you to terms and conditions, or if the parties "enforcing" your contractual obligations are unwilling or unable to illustrate the point at which you made an informed decision, are you obligated to perform to the contractual specifications?

There are two possible scenarios that could play out in your quest for the mystery joinder.

In one scenario you spend your entire life looking, and find nothing. On your deathbed you lament you have wasted your life and are no further ahead.

In the other scenario: Let's say you one day find the secret, hidden, list of words or sentences, the "holy grail of joinder, if you will", at the bottom of a well, enclosed in plastic, and signed by someone you have never met on behalf of all humanity. Eureka! Then what do you do? Do you chant the secret words of non-joinder? Do you appeal to an amorphous cloud of bureaucratic haze? On hearing your revelations, do people and organizations immediately stop victimizing you or taking your stuff?

What do you hope to gain by immersing yourself in what is colloquially referred to as "club-house" rules? If you can't answer that, perhaps you need to cut your losses and return to living a happy, productive life.

Go watch War Games again and repeat after me, "The only winning move is not to play".

I will take notice of mistake, for non- joinder and walk away. I was tossed in the max remand for the weekend because I did not know it well enough. My documents were not accepted, they were *misplaced* and I was locked up. I was forced to comply. I was kidnapped against my will. I let everyone in the surrounding vicinity know, Not one fuck was given. They do not care, period. They believe it is their right. This mosquito was swatted, effectively. Just getting caught up on the threads.

The ACT was served when stopped, to constable or whatever he was, came up to window, they were later unable to locate them, Lots of junk going on. Forcibly removed from vehicle, kidnapped and detained on things that happened prior to tt4l, So now time to clean it up. I did not know it well enough from memory. They did not care any way, he would not believe me that the criminal code of canada was for govt employees and since I was vice president how could I be an employee. I was also under duress and coercion. At one point, I was in some sort of restraint hold, one guy on each arm, and one guy behind me, they then bent both thumbs and fingers back, while applying pressure to the elbow, the way it is not supposed to go [after I plugged security cameras view with paper of the toilet], to make me move, it worked� I need to work on my holding up under cross examination skills. I signed finger print thing as company, everything else has a vp after it. I am out on peace bond. They would not let me see a JP till finger printed. I will take notice of mistake and walk away� They did not recognize the corporate licence. This is 100% my fuck up, in that I did not apply what was learned properly. My terms were not recognized. As per the Admiral and the surety thread: chronic Dunning�Kruger effect, go to jail :-P I used the " If I have given you any reason to believe I am an agent or employee of the government that would be a mistake please forgive me" I did "point of order" "Reservation of all rights" The previously mentioned " Notice of mistake statement" To which the Justice responded "Well thats all fine but there is this restitution thing� This is where I dropped the ball. I was unable at that moment to say " Why are you speaking?, It did not come to me instantaneously� I had just walked down the hallway where the 3 guys who had restrained me and rubbed my face into the urine soaked concrete of a isolation cell, approx 15 hours previous, were stationed along the hallway walking into JP. It was a loss. It was brutal. I have some shit to admin now. I will take the Notice of Mistake, It was listened to, I learned that at least. My ineptness, doesn't take the effectiveness of that away.

Scott Duncan,Tara Duncan,Ceit Butler. I get the point, now, with much more clarity. I have understood that other agendas are being served. I have done my best to push. I need to sharpen certain skills and would appreciate any insights and or feedback. I know I think wrong, I value my life. Notice of mistake and a walk is the preferred method. I will apply all that I have learned here now to administer this thing. I have the Ceit kicks ass in court thread and find myself in need of it. However going to court is the last thing I want to do. They tried to label me a freeman and i said no, vice president. It created joinder when I thru in the name. Ah� feck.

Does not the maritime lien as stated in Public notice and the PPSA, make it unlawful and illegal to use for anyone, other than authorized parties? I know it is not mine, the duly authorized trustee corp holds legal and equitable title via lien and granting of trust, which is includes but is not limited to power of attorney. What am I missing? I know it was given to me, I know, surety lies with the creator, I know a new person is created for each new charge. The Taken name with the Leiu of Identification. Yes, but how do you get them to recognize that? They do not care.
