In my 2 yrs of learning, I've never actually seen a deed for a property... Below is the deed to my mother's house... The town council are the freehold owners while a government issued person that my mother controlled at the time is the LEASEhold owner...

I dealt with a probate officer yesterday and she said that the holding position can be changed from leasehold to freehold as the property has no mortgage...

My question is, if a freehold was applied for, would it be registered in a new government issued person's id? My educated guess is yes... It's all commerce, and one needs a person to engage in it...

If a freehold was to be obtained could it be registered with a taken name?

Application : FREEHOLD Name and surname : FUCK YOU THAT'S WHY

The property IN TRUST A corporation act as TRUSTEE. The trustee ADMINISTRATE all BILLS received regarding that property.

If the bill comes to a PERSON's name, the TRSUSTEE has no choice but to find WHERE is the SURETY in regards of that NAME. And the trustee will complete that bill, and tell the beneficiary to present the bill to the PAYMENT. If the beneficiary needs MORE ASSISTANCE, because they are a bunch of fucktard, the trustee can ASSIST them, and CHARGE them for doing so...

This made me think of a great question to ask of these 'Government-types'...

"Who EXACTLY is the SURETY to this NAME (of the legal person)?"

Chip Douglas : It seems obvious since the registrar created/signed the Birth Certificate, but I asked that question too. I also asked them, regarding a stamp they put on the Live Birth Record which mentions a LOT # and a COLLECTOR # : What is due to me ? How much of it ? Where is it ? How can I get it ? I wish to claim it !

They also told me they cannot give legal advice and I should contact a lawyer with any question regarding legal stuff. I said there doesn't seem to be a dispute and they certainly will not force me to contract a lawyer (I did challenge a few lawyers, some of them are friends of mine, and somehow they now wanna avoid discussing stuff with me :( ), I deserve answers because THEY created all that shit OVER MY BACK WITHOUT MY CONSENT so as a (unwilling) party to that contract they must disclose the info. At which point they stopped replying, so I sent them a default notice last week, and an affidavit stating a few facts I can prove...

Should have seen the face of the notary when I presented her the whole paperwork and had to explain everything to her... Like she realized everything she knew was wrong !???

Yes Pete, i get the- "cant give legal advice, go ask a lawyer" cop-out too...basically, LEGAL ADVICE = "Hey, im writing to you because i dont know what im doing- WHAT SHOULD I DO, what should BE DONE?"

Nobody is doing that. Instead it is- "Hey buddy guy- im fuzzy on something and you're my public servant, answer my question as im NOT asking you for advice"
