We have a friend in the UK who has been asking us for some help with a couple of alleged speeding charges. One charge is written in Celtic Welsh; fortunately with an appended broken English translation ... Good shit. She sent us a copy of her BC ... other than an autograph of a supposed acting Registrar, it shows no other departmental authentication, such as a departmental rubber stamp with date. Neither does it include the page Birth Registry entry number. It looks nothing like we had expected. We have no idea if it is authentic or not. If not, it could be used to our friend's advantage.
