I am thinking that I might want to create an affidavit which is supported by two people who have known me for quite a while stating that I am my taken name and not my given name because I want proof that I am not the given name or the name on the birth certificate. But I don�t want to waste my money if doing this won�t serve me very much.

But that is where I get confused again. :(

So here are my questions to help me to understand:

1. I am guessing that I always should do commercial stuff using the name on my BC. Is that correct? 2. If not, how do I get the banks to accept my affidavit of identity and or identification as they want government issued ID and my legal name. (I tried to use my taken name before a few times and was told that if I want to use my taken name that I have to legally change my name on my birth certificate) 3. Should I and can I claim ownership of all images of my body in the affidavit? Here I�m thinking of famous sports people who sue people who post their image without permission and win in the courts because somehow they have reserved all rights to their image or something to that effect. 4. If I create such an affidavit, what are the advantages and uses of it and for it?

Any help and guidance here is very much appreciated. :)

I've been asking questions to the registrar general here in Qc since december. Ask Pete Daoust at one point I was literally putting him in a very tight corner... And at that point, he suggested I ask a lawyer to help me with my questions... I insisted, gave him a full month to get back to me, now I'm seeing a notary tomorrow, sending him a default notice, and an affidavit stating my conclusions based on facts. If they dont rebute it, I'm thinking of having the unrebutted affidavit notarised as well and intend to use this as proof anytime I have to... So Scott Duncan's answer will be welcome here too ;)

You can use ANY NAME you like, as long as you are an ADMINISTRATOR of that NAME :) and you can CREATE new persons all the time !!! :/

I was speaking to a friend about wanting to reserve the rights to my image. He told me that it reminded him of when the Formula 1 races were in Toronto they put a huge very tall fence around the racetrack in Toronto. According to him the organizers somehow managed to LEGALLY deny people to access that part of the city and to take pictures of that part of the city and the race cars, race car drivers, etc. if the picture was taken outside of the fenced in area. WTF? He said that the sponsors of the race legally made sure that the "people" had no right to access that part of the city or take pictures of that part of the city. He also said that a few people who took pictures of the drivers, cars etc and put them on the web were threatened with legal action because they had no right to take pictures or publish pictures of that part of the city or of the drivers, the cars etc.

So I can say to a cop and others that they have no right to use my picture for ANY reason without a written release form signed by the administrator for the name and or image. Especially to identify "me". Somewhere I watched a court video where a justice was given a copy of a drivers license by a prosecutor and when the "defendant" wouldn't agree to being acknowledged as being the person on the drivers license the justice said that he could tell by the photo on the license that the image proved that the man in court was IN FACT the person who was before him and the the person mentioned in the charge.

Once your affidavit declares/proves that you were born on a different date than the PERSON, it's clear that the PERSON isn't you, and that it cannot have the face and cannot sign the name which would appear on any ID...

YOU can sign and it's YOUR face there... Not the PERSON'S which cannot have a face... So the image and signature would only identify the ADMINISTRATOR for the PERSON, and you have to serve them (those who issued those IDs) proofs of that fact, and ask for forgiveness if you or someone else somehow misled them to think it was you.

That's why I want to have the notary to witness the affidavit which I'm sending them to be unrebutted so that I can use it as needed as a proof. Hopefully that will be easier than my experience with the car's license plate renewal :(

One charge is written in Celtic Welsh; fortunately with an appended broken English translation ... Good shit. She sent us a copy of her BC ... other than an autograph of a supposed acting Registrar, it shows no other departmental authentication, such as a departmental rubber stamp with date. Neither does it include the page Birth Registry entry number. It looks nothing like we had expected. We have no idea if it is authentic or not. If not, it could be used to our friend's advantage.

Pete Daoust, after someone questioned "her" authenticity I did a simple search of the photos she has posted on "her" FB. If you follow any of those links I posted, you will find "her" pictures were all sourced from the internet.

I just looked and "her" account was only recently opened.

@Lana. We have a certified photocopied image of our birth entry in the Birth Registry ... it is the data of this entry from which is created the [fraudulent] Birth Extract and Birth Certificate. Your original Birth Entry evidences the true identity as a living entity of body, mind and spirit. However, we are still trying to get a certified copy of the Birth Notification Form, or what ever it may be entitled, provided by the hospital to the informant to use as evidence to Register a Birth. That instrument will also evidence the true identity of a living human. We invite Scott and/or Peter to comment on this.

I guess you are looking for the Live Birth Registration ?, if it's the case, well, here in Quebec, I have got mine via the Social Health and Services, I did the demand via fax, and they sent me a PHOTOCOPY of a film, via registered mail, and it was FREE :/

So I brought is to the Notary, and she CERTIFIED 20 of these for me.

The BD&M dept are most reluctant in providing this info, so it has been a long process as they try deceiving us by claiming that what we want (what THEY want us to have) is a Birth Certificate. KnownAs Colin, I contacted Dept of BDM in NSW by email and asked for the record of live birth.

The first employee played dumb & was dumb or dishonest, so I clarified by saying the record held by the Dept of BDM that provided the information that the Birth Certificate was created from.

It was subsequently mailed to me via the person in my pocket. I do not recall if there was a fee for the service, if so I expect it was the same fee as purchasing a copy of the Birth Certificate.

They do sum weird fucked up shit to ye in those places. .....like drugging ye & carting ye out on an hospital bed & ye wake up with prison screws wheeling ye out your cell & they say to ye with a soft smile on their faces "it's ok mate...all good. ...go back to sleep...."....then ye pass out again & wake up the next morn as groggy & ill as fuck ....like ye had a massive hangover but your whole body was cramped & aching & shaking....but ye don't remember what happened to ye....only the memory of actually waking up & realising sudden fear when ye see three prison guards pushing your hospital bed on wheels.....but your bed was a solid construction embedded into concrete.....I don't know. ....memory wiped....very similiar to what I seen when I found my mate Clive dead in his car this year....
