so I am dealing with a lady at the labor board, I have requested her name, id and employee info, and interesting enough she can't remember her id number,,, I also requested for her to prove her claim in which I a private / sovereign citizen am bound by an act of legislation,,, she sent me a web address, she also claimed as a employer I have no rights and am bound the their regulations even after submitting my evidence my X employee is intention is to extort money from me, he has denied receiving 2 recall notices and was working right after he was temporary laid off.

so plan of response 1 - make second request for proof of claim in which the charter applies to private and or sovereign citizens and or business's

2 - provide court case R vers Dell as evidence in which the "state" has no business being involved with private citizens

3 - include copy of bill of rights and charted with highlighted area's of "charter violations"

4 - include fee-schedules registered with attorney general of Canada, and Alberta

5 - include copy of claim to attorney general of alberta notifying him of both myself and company are private and I am the one who makes the rules and determines how I function in commerce

6 - submit my bill

oh and when I let her know the conversation was being recorded she lost it! I notified her as a public servant she has no rights,,,, and with her British accent she got real upset, and in her letter she claims to be an "officer" so or course I am going to demand her badge number and her oath to be brought forward.

Ok, this is just my perspective, I have no interest in going to their courts....if I can decrease the public debt by administrating, that is my best choice, rather then going into the lions den to fight the lion who can shape shift into whatever he needs to, to eat me lol

lol, I went to traffic court for experence and I learned more from that ,,, next time I will apply for charter violations,,, the judge was actually helping me out, and dismissed the case cause I was hungry,,, lol

They send the corp. a bill, the ADMINISTRATOR of that corp has 2 choice.

1). APPROVE that bill and make a check for it.

2). Contest that bill and tell them why.

This has NOTHING to do at ALL with you the Man....NOTHING, it's purely BUSINESS......

Stamped on the PUBLIC side of the instrument

A $1 postal stamp Lightly stuck on the top of stamp so they can tear it off & use it again. and WHERE to put it on the instrument ?...this stamp IS the payment, and they can�t REFUSE it as it is LAWFUL money�.just on the top where their amount is written, and we have to BLACK ink cross this amount they've wrote, in other words, that one dollar stamps replace this amount...corret ?

I placed a stamp on the front, wrote accepted for value , filled in the amount used my birth certificate number and sent ti by registered mail with my notice to bank of Canada ( claiming to be a teller ) and the finance minister of canada ( expanding his mandate to include processing my remittances from the consolidated consumers fund ) I can post copys of what I sent in if you want

from what I have understood to be so is the consolidated consumers fund was set up by the bank of Canada as a way to clear and settle remittances, in the cpa agreement there is the money in the fund for every remittance issued, I do question if all remittances that have the 96 on it gets cleared and settled every month weather or not we pay for it ourselfs,
