The point is we all have one right, The right not to contact,Scott has said this over and over� The notice of refusal is refusing to contract, saying no. So are they excessing their right not to contract? Is my question and the point� If they are saying no by refusing, is it not their right to do so? I would be curious to know the exact wording of this Notice of refusal� They can say no�
