Scott Duncan: Your Birth Certificate is a BOND (a different type of security) and that means there is ALWAYS LEGAL OBLIGATION ATTACHED TO IT.

I just accepted the bill, signed it, dated it, and returned it to the beneficiary for them to present it to bank of canada, so the debt could be discharged via the person's surety......like I do with ALL public debts.....

I thought I was. I am not trying to be difficult at all. In a private competent jurisdiction that is created by doing business in PRIVATE, There would have been public notice, the public notice states terms and conditions, which things that do business, would be bound to. If the slave gets a bill, it is subject to those terms and conditions. So they would have to accept whatever method of payment that is stated in those terms and conditions. Through your buddy..
