I did mine using Weiss' book and some stuff I got from THC Trust. Of course, I reworded some of it and stuff....but it looks good to me. There is property in the care of another for a beneficiary. There was a transfer of a res which is something that is out of their jurisdiction...plus of course rights to Administrate the Person
