Stamps are an international currency, Attached to an international jurisdiction � :-P Not a private one, same thing can be done under private seal� Using the same process but instead of stamps, it is underwritten by book value of private jurisdiction and Sealed in private. Still recognized, no universal postal union, no United nations, No accounting to others jurisdiction, as it is a private matter. If done in proper form, in trust, in private.
