The buddy has 2 roles = admin and trustee, in order to get things done, as officer, the officer must act on the wishes of the board of directors as per PRIVATE charter. The officer is the enforcer of the private by laws� You become a cop/'lawyer for the private buddy. The taken name is president and a director. The legal name is under orders from taken name. So Bob tells Jason what to do and how to do it�as director ( king) to officer ( admiral) to things in the government, that must issue orders ( registrar general)�
