No where close to obsolete.....China isn't importing close to 3000 tons of bit coin a month, but they are importing that much gold. I do not discount the value of bit coin , etc., but you most certainly shouldn't discount the value in gold, after all it has been used as currency for over 6000 years, or so, give or take a few thousand .
