That is the mind fuck, head spinny around thing� They are part of the agreement granting the original corporate formation, they grant it ( grantor is done after this forever) then they are done. It all has to been done as a process, anyone could do it, most will not� If it was easy everyone would do it� :-D It is validated by them, it has to be to work. It is a catch 22 point�
