If someone accepted the terms of such a 'offer to contract'/order, had mistakenly took it for a Bill/Invoice... 1) could the contract be "Annulled/Voided" whereas all previous paid funds would be returned?; 2) would that someone have to 'settle' with the account cancellation with no further funds exchanged?; 3) is that someone bound to the conditions of the contract and may have to pay funds to end the contract?; 4) it depends on other circumstances?; 5) required to carry out the contract for it's declared duration? 6) other?
I am leaning to #2 and walk away. If the answer is #1, I think the refund would not be given willingly and action to collect would be required.
Am I over-thinking this?
