Hi guys, thanks for letting me join this group!! Does anyone know if there is a way to get rid of a requirement to pay issued by CRA? Or do you have to take them to Federal Court to have it removed?

Pete Daoust Bill of Exchange. Here�s HOW I do it, and WHY�..

The first step is definitely to open the mailbox, now, that mailbox is not even MY mailbox if I really THINK about it, it�s the person named PIERRE DAOUST 26X-XXX-XXX is mailbox, I just happen to be the SOLE authorized ADMINISTRATOR for this person right ?

So, as a good administrator, I have the key for this mailbox, and I go there EVERYDAY.

Anyway, I open the mailbox, and HA HA�!!!!.....a bill of exchange is in it

Now, this Bill of Exchange is addressed to the person I happen to be the SOLE authorized administrator�.it is addressed to PIERRE DAOUST 26X-XXX-XXX, so, as the SOLE authorized administrator, I have to open that envelop and TAKE CARE of that matter.

So let say the City of Montreal sent to PIERRE DAOUST this bill of exchange, and it says on it $295.00, now, WHO owe $295 to the City of Montreal ?, yes, it�s PIERRE DAOUST 26X-XXX-XXX.

Now, what do I do with this, mmhhh, �..I see 2 choices.

1). I can, yes �ME�, I can buy back this debt, and use some Bank Notes and go to the post office to buy a money-order and send it to the City of Montreal, and they will balance their book with this. I can NOT send the Bank Notes (cash) to them, they won�t ACCEPT it, I wonder WHY ?

2). I can DISCHARGE this debt for PIERRE DAOUST 26X-XXX-XXX, because the truth is that this bill of exchange has been commenced by the City of Montreal for PIERRE DAOUST, because they ASSUME that PIERRE DAOUST is too ignorant to do it, so they commenced it��they are the BENEFICIARY party to this bill of exchange, and PIERRE DAOUST is the DRAWER party to this bill of exchange.

Now, we are missing one party, because a bill of exchange has 3 parties, the BENEFICIARY, the DRAWER and the DRAWEE.

WHO is the drawee for this bill of exchange ?.....I need to find where is the SURETY of this PERSON named PIERRE DAOUST 26X-XXX-XXX, and when I�ll find that, I will be able to KNOW who is the drawee.

Drawee: The party on which an order for the payment of money is drawn. Drawer: One that draws, especially one that draws an order for the payment of money.

I will NOT explaine this one in details, but I have very good reasons to believe that the drawee has to be The Bank of Canada, because the SURETY for PIERRE DAOUST is definitely the Government, since they have created PIERRE DAOUST, and on the CERTIFICATE that prove its creation, the signature is the government signature, so therefor, the SURETY, and since the Bank of Canada is the government�s bank, I am sure that the ORIGINAL certificate of PIERRE DAOUST 26X-XXX-XXX, is sitting in their building. So the DRAWEE is the Bank of Canada.

So, as one of the BEST sole authorized administrator in town, Here is HOW I do it.

I ask for REMITTANCE advices from the beneficiary who sent this thing to PIERRE DAOUST, and so far, ALL OF THEM stayed SILENT....none of them answered me

So at one point....

I turn this Bill of Exchange on the Private side (Back), and I take out my STAMPS

The first stamp says:

ACCEPTED BY:______________ (I sign there)

The 2nd stamps say: DATE

The third says: ACCOUNT NO. 26X-XXX-XXX or 119XXXXXXXXXXX

And the fourth says: Bill of Exchange ACT (1985)

I have good reasons to believe that this COMPLETE that bill of exchange, turn it into a �check� and discharge the debt.

I include a small one page letter with it giving EXPLAINATION on what I�m doing.

I send the Bill of exchange COMPLETE to the bank of Canada registered mail, and one copy to the benefiary, in this case, City of Montreal, to make sure they KNOW I have done my duty

I have Administrated, completed, and send for discharge, 13 bill of exchange so far for PIERRE DAOUST 26X-XXX-XXX

You can add any complicated stuff you may want to this.....it's your choice, or you can keep it simple.....

I prefer simple, but I know some of you like sexy complicated shit....it's up to you

And remember.....ALL OF THIS is NOT my fault :P

I have a hydro bill. But the only part that says bill is in a box. From what I am understanding the bill is not on that page. It says Bill Issue Date in a box. In that box is an all caps name but no amount. Just the words Bill Issue Date: Jan 31, 2014, but since it's not on that page and nothing on that page says BILL, I'm guessing it's not a bill.

I understand that the person i administrate which is owned by you owes money or needs to make a payment. I have completed the cheque. I never received any notifications from this thread � :-P My settings are set to get notifications. Did faceook do something again? There used to be get notification buttons on all the things, now there are not. All I see now is the group notifications at the top of the group page, there is no more *get notifications* button on the top of the threads� .

No, you get the little `red`notifications on the top when you have commented or someone tags you. These notifications can be emailed to you as well.

Otherwise, on the left hand list of your shit, beside TFL it will show a number which are posts, etc.

I'm looking through threads and I don't see any comments so far of anyone else saying that they are administering debts the way Pete does and saying they have had the same success. I am ready to do it but I'm a scared and would be encouraged to hear that pretty much everyone is doing it and has succeeded in administrating their debts in the same way. I know things work a bit different in Quebec and I'm from Ontario. How many from Ontario are succeeding and having this administrative process recognized and accepted as payment. I spoke to hydro about me not being the person on their bill. They said if LANA DUKAKIS is not a person who wants hydro they can cut my hydro service off. I don't want my service cut off and have to turn it on again. There are a lot of extra charges for that. They said they would need a large deposit as well which I can't afford if they turn the hydro off. I guess I would just like to be assured that there are lots of people doing this in Ontario. :)

I make a portion of my money babysitting. If my hydro is off the parents won't let me babysit their kids obviously. If I miss out on that money, I won't have enough bus fare to get to my other work. And then I wouldn't be able to pay my rent. Also my roomate is concerned as well and wanted me to be sure that people are doing this in Ontario.

I'm scared. It's true Pete. I need apply this to move forward I realize and I also need to be able to pay my rent, eat, and have electricity. I don't want to be homeless and right and have to try to get a remedy after all of that. I hope that doesn't sound too whimpy. :(

I feel like a scared rabbit that doesn't want to go to far away from my safe rabbit hole. I'm going to get another part time job to get me better situated financially so that if they do cut off my hydro I can afford to pay to have it turned on right away. Then I'll do this. I need a plan B just in case. Now I don't have a plan B ready to go.

No. Not having a place, or food is what scares me and having my furniture in a snow bank with no place to to put it or no money for a truck to get it to my friend's to store. I don't want to be a burden on my friends. I think most are likely fairweather friends. They are friends as long as I don't ask too much of them. :(

One more important point maybe. When I called hydro I was passed onto a supervisor. When I told them I was the sole administrator for LANA they said that they needed a letter confirming I had power of attorney to administrate for LANA since I am not LANA. :( Any ideas about how to deal with that?

Enbridge sicked their lawyer on me....who never presented proof of standing to me and got very frustrated by me lol. They sent me a notice of collections recently for the alleged debt (which was paid by signed boe's) that is what I'm dealing with at this time

Here's a concern ive had to complicate things. Scott describes "charges" often being made to a newly created person/entity. I have looked at statements coming my way, and the name does not appear as does the name for the person on the B/C. Is it possible we are being contacted for surety for a person we have no authority to Administrate for? or am i being retarded again?

The Enbridge lawyer even went so far as to say that the Bills of Exchange act has nothing to do with this....but mead vs mead does ....I said "are you telling me Enbridge Gas is not bound by Canadian law?" controversy is all they want to create :/

That is why I agree that clarifying who you are is step 1, and step 2 is to clarify what person you can administrate for. Step 3: clarify what person the Statement is being sent to. Then one can operate at least knowing what parties are involved.

I was wanting to start a business. Now I am wondering, if I was to start a business and someone paid me with a completed cheque and I forwarded it the bank of Canada, would they send me a cheque for the amount on the bill? Or is this for utilities and bills with a 96 in the bottom corner?

That is the reason for liening the all caps name and any derivative there of, Tommy Atherton. So they can no longer create any more debt from it. It puts up a stop sign in commerce, and diverts revenue until the lien is satisfied. The Name game is the basis for it. But you cannot do it, someone you trust does, the corporate person assigned this duty�

I was thinking that its a bit expensive too. I mean if you do this for 4 or 5 bills and each bill gets a response or two and each of those responses have do be dealt wit with registered mail, you could be spending a couple of hundred dollars a month and a whole of of time. They make it so it's almost easier to pay them. But after a while we would have enough form letters on hand. I think eventually it could be just part of the routine. :)

They have these laws they were made to accommodate such methods, no body has been using them, until now, The letters enforce these things. They are obligated. they will just make you jump, but you tell them how high: acting as, operating as, sole authorized surety for these matters.

The lien cuts off any financial judgements, if done properly, the trustee, acts as receiver in bankruptcy for this legal person and settles the debt with credit established by the value of the lien. Proper notice goes out, the interested parties are billed and notified and the check should come in the mail� Waitng on the mail, Right now.

Lana, you are in a Common Law Zone. Have you read Weiss' book at least 4 times? That may be the best place to start learning about trusts. Also, Pete is in a Civil Law Zone. He has had a STATUTORY trust set up since 2005 0r 2006.

I've been freedumbing it for a couple of years now. I have read lots and have lots of notes. I know that although that approach was wrong I have learned a lot that is useful. At least it was usefull in that I can follow along in here, even if I seem to glaze over about some concepts. But I am committed to learning about trusts, corporations in Delaware, crypto currencies. I do not believe the profile and the fact that the name: Robert Cormier, is on the profiles wall with an invite to something or other, does nothing to relieve any suspicions. There are many forms of Ubuntu. On the Admirals advice, I used a LTS (long term support) form of Ubuntu with the Xfce interface. 13.10 is beta and worked with the AMD driver package but would crash on launching cgminer. Ubuntu 12.04 (percise pangolin) with the Xfce interface worked first try, found the cards GPU's and joined the pool I directed.
