Ok Chris, so Banks are only money exchangers and we are the ones creating money with our signature when we borrow money from them. They are also like a wallet for our currency.
So by gwtting a Doge wallet to hold our currency, and creat new money by mining coins and able to exchange currencies with others, .... we are a BANK. :D
