It was a simple agreement by the grantor and creator including but not limited to yada had , share structure everything that was as per wishes of the creator and grantor. You get to create your own act. So technically: a PRIVATE EXPRESS TRUST, WITH A CORPORATE ADMIN that sees to all duties as per convent and charter� a multifaceted roles: holding company, currency exchange, daily duty type of thing as officer there of and sole share holder and a private beneficiary. I did not get caught up in how they define anything.except to know enough to comprehend and defend.
