If you were here a year ago, asking asinine questions back then, then you KNOW whatever you asked was irrelevant, because none of you knew what THIS NOTE IS LEGAL TENDER meant, so there is no way your perspective, from a vantage-point of ignorance, could POSSIBLY produce a relevant question.
