The whole system is commerce. In order to partake in commerce you need a person. All bills are addressed to whatever person was used to initiate the commercial relationship i.e. Mr. Mathew Wolfe... The only right you have is the right not to contract with the person. Once you do contract with the person the t's & c's are outlined in government statute books or whatever commercial rulebook the person you are dealing with has set out. The point is not to go to court Mathew. Win by staying at home. Most cases are civil in nature thus requiring a contract that usually doesn't exist. Put the burden of proof on them by demanding evidence that you are SURETY for the person relating to the charges... I hope this helps... :)

It kind of does... Why do I need a "person" to engage in commerce? Can I not trade with you absent the legal fiction? And what do you mean by the T's and C's?

When operating in the PUBLIC you need a person. In the PRIVATE one isn't necessary... Terms & conditions...

Ahh I see. So if I chose to contract and act as their agent then their statutes acts and codes do apply to me. An why would I need to operate in the public?

If you contract with the trust that is government then statutes apply... Your signature is proof that you understand... You don't need to operate in the public but they lie through omission leading people to believe that they must... Find something you're good at and utilise it. Have you watched MONEY AS DEBT 3?

I've found that working for myself in the private is half the battle. Not using their name or number...

No I haven't watched it yet. That's on my list of things to watch actually. I'm sure much if this stuff will be explained in that video... So I'll reserve any further questions until I've seen it.
