I've told crowns to shut the fuck up more than once in open court - "Can you PLEASE answer the questions or keep quiet?" if they keep talking -> repeat louder as many times as it takes. Eventually he WILL shut the fuck up.
Once you know this in your heart, court becomes MUCH LESS intimidating. I promise.
