That's the beauty of multiple crypto currencies, created by each of us, in our own banks, interacting on/through an overlay network...it takes the reliance on fiat currency, bitcoin and/or any other medium of exchange not created by us, totally out of the equation...and keeps it for all intents and purposes anonymous and decentralised.
