The hypothesis is just as reasonable as the legend of satoshi...it could very well be the creature from Jekyll isle 2.0.
However I understand your point of view, and optimism, it's just that although I agree with the bumbling uncle depiction of the government I nevertheless don't think the layer behind them are in anyway a like.
