I would think, with a CLAIM on the PERSON (no unauthorized use)... the duly authorized trustee corporation surely could CLAIM any court file, warrant, etc.

in the case of a duly authorized trustee corp, holding that name, it would be considered public use to have it on a court file, warrant etc wouldn't it.....they would have bylaws in relation to the name in being in the public and only allow it with their written expressed permission?

But the reason it would be used within a court file is because it already was used in the public...

the question this brings up for me....say an authorized director for the duly authorized trustee corp is driving performing errands or whatever...gets pulled over...is this director not required a drivers license because they are a trustee of a private trust...or are they required to because they are representing a person?

yes and not for hire nor have permission to contract ... written authorization from the duly authorized trustee corp is the "license" the driver needs?

The duly authorized trustee corp owns all titles, it would own the vehicle, it would register the vehicle, it would insure the vehicle, it would have an officer on private business, driving the thing. which when stopped could give them the public notice, say something like we are not for hire, and are engaged in the private sector, You have the notice , now can I have your name address and birthdate for this bill you are receiving or let the corp take ticket thru its registration and insurance of vehicle.. and admin after with a void stamp or something like that.

THE TRUST DOES NO ACTION, IT HOLDS THINGS IT IS ALWAYS ADMINISTRATED BY DULY AUTHORIZED TRUSTEE CORP VIA CHARTER APPLIED BY OFFICERS OF THE CORP. OFFICERS MUST BE THE ONES TO ACT: ON DIRECTION OF DIRECTORS AS PER CORPORATE CHARTER.

If it's private trust property, and you are acting as trustee at the moment of the stop, then have a nice binder with all trust papers, previous notices to "authorities", and authorization from the trust to be "driving". If one gives proper notice to the cops, you should be cleared after a check.

In all my trust property, I would have video recording live stream to a server on the Internet. Same with my phone calls. Everything JUST LIKE THE GOVERMENT does..

Beverly Berta Braakschmack now my question is... can 8903857 Ontario Ltd. get a drivers license? The private trust holds the licence (of the person) You, acting in the capacity of trustee, are entitled to use trust property as per your private trustee agreement (in this case the car and the licence). If/when you are stopped, you show the pirate the trust property (licence) and if a penalty/ticket is issued, the board of trustees (you as a trustee) can determine whether there is any case to answer: eg: injured party, loss etc. After all, you are only administrating trust assets :D

Well, actually if you are acting as trustee at the moment, you don't need to show a "license" from the government, nor show "ID", because you are not "driving", you are conducting a private matter. If the name was claimed, and liened, is out of commerce. PERIOD. Don't give a fucking name, have a taken name, but don't give that either. You have proof of who you are, and what capacity you are acting under.

If you show government ID and/or give a name, you are soliciting goverment services. That's reality. Trust Law is the highest form of Law. We have to use it, for it's our "remedy". If they don't respect Trust law, then you know it's ok to not respect THEIR trust. You better have guns then.
