Am I out of line in asking these things? Trust me, I have argued the "vacate" argument and the right to contract argument time and time again. It doesn't make sense that I could not chose when and where I want to contract. When I want to act through that title and when I do not... So I've been looking for this type of thing for a while now. I don't want to assume liability for an instrument unless I'm aware of all the strings attached...
