But I am curious, does Lee Lai Ping signed a CONTRACT regarding that mortgage ??? :/ .......is it because she stopped having access to bank notes, and then had no other choices to use the SURETY to clear that PRIVATE debt ?
What makes her take that kind of decision ??? What is the thought process ?? Does she knows the difference between PRIVATE and PUBLIC debt ??
