Fuck i wish Scott was on here- new member Lee Lai Ping has asked me to go down to Old Osgoode Hall tomorrow morning to an Emergency Hearing she got to try and get the condo back she got stolen from her by the bank even though she DISCHARGED her mortgage successfully with an EFT/Electronic Funds Transfer that the bank initially accepted but turned around and said they changed their minds and unbelievably blatantly said they want the rest of the mortgage still
I forget if Scott said in these positions if i were to speak on her behalf i do it as AGENT, or i ask if i may speak as a Friend-of-the-court... :/
