Having a person domiciled in Quebec, I wish to know if that person, I happen to be the SOLE authorized Administrator of, is OBLIGED to file an income tax return for CANADA, or is it something done VOLOUNTARY.
What ever the answer I get from you, I promise to file for the person PIERRE DAOUST anyway.
