Scared not scarred, compared to this kid (no birth record , no birth certificate, no IDENTIFICATION, no nothing). To get a job, to get a drivers licence, to travel anywhere outside Canada, I need ID, he said. Im stuck. /www.theprovince.com/country+young+teen+with+stuck+land/9397096/story.html

Beverly Berta Braakschmack, when I tried to add anything other than the signature, (By:) this snot nosed little B**ch, who claimed to be the supervisor for that business office at that time that day, rejected it. So I wrote into the last name at the end in Capital letters ARR. It is very distinctive too!

The best I have found regarding that shit is..... You send them a NOTICE saying: 1) that signature on that piece of paper is given by the Sole Authorized Administrator of the person. 2). The photograph on that piece of paper is to show the Sole Authorized Administrator of the person that these papers identifies. :P

I am to renew July this year. Your idea of Beneficiary underneath will be done. That is the TRUTH, and I want to see how they try to slide around it. Last time I had to get the licence that day, due to the fact that we were in a car crash the night before and I had to drive the rental car. Saskatchewan cancelled my original licence and I never needed one until that day. So an Alberta one it was.

Qualifying your signature for any of you will do you no good whatsoever. The sad truth is that no one UNDERSTANDS what the drivers license actually is nor what capacity you are assuming when you APPLY for the license. Qualify all you want and in any way you want because ultimately it is useless absent of KNOWLEDGE.

"The effects of the license are to suspend or relax the rules of war to the extent of the authority given. It is the assumption of a state of peace to the extent of the license. In the country which grants them, licenses to carry on a pacific commerce are stricti juris, as being exceptions to the general rule; though they are not to be construed with pedantic accuracy, nor will every small deviation be held to vitiate the fair effect of them"

Let me explaine the Driver's License Chris Evan.... First, this thing is NOT for you, it is meant for the PERSON, you happen to have in your pocket. It gives that PERSON, the PRIVILEGE to drive a car. The same as you would give a SLAVE the privilege to ride a horse. The person is A SLAVE......not you, but the fuck up is that, when you apply for that License, you are admitting BEING the person :( But that has to be a MISTAKE, so go get the license, and correct the mistake after, so when these thugs gives a DEBT to that slave, it will be LOGIC for you, to administrate that debt vis that slave's surety !!

Fuck .... :-o !! Where the guilt of an accused party is doubtful, and the character of the supposed agent is involved in the question, a presumption of innocence arises from his former conduct in society, as evidenced by his general character, since it is not probable that a person of known probity and humanity, would commit a dishonest or outrageous act in the particular instance. Such presumptions, however, are so remote from fact, and it is frequently so difficult to estimate a person's real character, that they are entitled to little weight, except in doubtful cases. Since the law considers a presumption of this nature to be admissible, it is in principle admissible 'Whenever a reasonable presumption arises from it, as to the fact in question; in practice it is admitted whenever the character of the party is involved in the issue.

I was on the same way of thinking with that licence application, so I qualified signature as Sole Administrator, Administrating in the best interest of the Beneficiary (me) , My administrating included the terms on the cheque as "not for hire." so as to deflect probable cause that i was an AGENT or such of the CROWN. That was my rationale.
