Seriously Lana Dukakis, here is what I would do.
1). Calculate how many hours you've spent trying to do that EXECUTOR duty.
2). Prepare a nice professional INVOICE, with invoice number, date, description of what you�ve done, PAYMENT TERMS�.
3). $3000.00 an hour is a FAIR rate.
4). Send the invoice to that bitch, with an affidavit saying the TRUTH.
5). Payment terms should not exceed 72 hours.
6). On the 73rd hour, send an ACCOUNT STATEMENT regarding that unpaid invoice.
7). 73 hours later, send a NOTICE regarding that unpaid invoice.
8). 73 hours later send a FINAL NOTICE regarding that unpaid invoice.
9). 73 hours later, PERFORM a lien for the amount of this invoice on that bitch (Her Person)
10). Do this via registered mail.
