Prepare a nice professional INVOICE, with invoice number, date, description of what you�ve done, PAYMENT TERMS�. 3). $3000.00 an hour is a FAIR rate. 4). Send the invoice to that bitch, with an affidavit saying the TRUTH. 5). Payment terms should not exceed 72 hours. 6). On the 73rd hour, send an ACCOUNT STATEMENT regarding that unpaid invoice. 7). 73 hours later, send a NOTICE regarding that unpaid invoice. 8). 73 hours later send a FINAL NOTICE regarding that unpaid invoice. 9). 73 hours later, PERFORM a lien for the amount of this invoice on that bitch (Her Person) 10). Do what Pierre said, but use it as an addition to an ESTATE EVALUATION NOTICE, where you give via registered mail notice to the principal party regarding submission of estate property for evaluation and distribution. Then to make it contractual add terms and conditions if they don't comply, (primarily that the estate will be estimated plus additional charges to them for the service of said estimation and additional administration ect) Then follow up with notice of fault offer to cure, the estimation plus costs overdue and owing. Then notice of default in affidavit form. Then lien/court Then enforcement if desired.
