It is Private Trust and has a private bank to admin for it� That is all. The founders formed it in Delaware to suit their needs at the time. I did mine locally, it suited my needs at that time.

When you do things live, like at their office filling out forms and they input into their system. It is considered proper service, the receipt is verification, on the historical record.
