"UNIDROIT is the organization that owns all of the rights to the UCC, and they have a website. The United States pays UNIDROIT $250,000/year for the use of their private law. UNIDROIT is about 100 yards from the Holy See, in Rome. Furthermore the UCC is all Roman Law."

Blake is right, all roads do lead to Rome and if the people really knew what what going on in that rats nest called "the vatican", all hell would (should?) break loose.
