Judge admits on the record that CRA and the Federal Tax Court are NOT part of the government of Canada = foreign private for profit corporation, AND... CRA has the unreturned 1013 form providing authority to represent... Bill was there on behalf of his federal corp owned by his trust... as the rules are set up... and they kept pushing for PAULINE to appear... that has nothing to do with it. see attached http://legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/agency

JUSTICE WOODS: This Court is separate from any branch of federal government. MR. WALLEN: In what regard? You have a Canadian flag up there. You must represent Canada in some capacity. It is certainly not the BNA Act of 1867. It has to be some sort of corporate entity that you do represent?
