That lawyer initiated the contact, and lied at least 4 times in 5 minutes, we have it on tape, and 2 weeks after, she is sending a letter, basically telling out loud that she's been lying......she fucking burned her self alone....

Find out the relevant info IE: File number. Get a trusted third party to lien it as per a trust agreement or contract. Arrest the warrant. Let the body go. Theory at this point, for this guy.

If they have given you 20 days or whatever to reply... you can reply that way... if you have counter-claimed or done anything else, then you might have to wait until the totals are tally`d up...

Yes, you put that in the memo section. Add a letter saying the same thing with 7 days to reply... Put this on the top:

PROMISSORY NOTE PROMISSORY NOTE PROMISSORY NOTE DESTRUCTION, MUTILATION OR SURRENDER TO MAKER DISCHARGES LIABILITY HEREIN

See the problem is the CREDIT was her`s to begin with. A bank cannot lend its credit because its not theirs. So, yes... its FRAUD... but if you wanna go to court to settle...
