Whoever was the "secret" author of this should just put a bullet in their head.
I imagine they wish to remain anonymous so they aren't reminded on a daily basis, by people reading this, what a profoundly shitty writer they are.
"Delete copies of this doc after use." - Yes, I would want people to do that, if I were the author.
Seriously: I won't even cover the parts about bleeding the spoils of funds taken from others by force.
