I asked the bank my corporation uses for the Instruments back at the end of the month instead of the copies. they pointed me to a section of the depositor agreement which says "We will give you back LEGAL copies per <some stupid clubhouse act>". That says to me that someone ELSE has the EQUITABLE copies. :-D
