PARTIES ATTEMPTING TO USE JASON FREDRICK LE BLANC FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES MAY BE FINED AT THE RATE OF TWO HUNDRED And FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS PER DAY ($250,000.00 PER DAY) OR ANY PART THEREOF, FOR UNAUTHORIZED USE.
