I am still reading, and learning about trust law myself.

I wish you guys would shift gear and hurry up, so you could fill me in... :-D

Count me in!

Two things to know before you begin: which are major components of the trust. 1 The Trust agreement or covenant that is created by the Grantor to establish the Trust, which is the person you have in your back pocket. This is the foundational document that express's the wishes of the person in the back pocket. 2. The Corporate body structure to administer the trust as a trusted third party. Which is recognized as a person under law. This is the duly authorized trustee corporation.Ie BOB UNCLE LTD. So this entity holds two positions of the trust, Admin and Trustee.

Now we are depositing the person in our back pocket into the duly authorized trustee corporations hands to hold for safe keeping. Also to administer on behalf of the beneficiary of the trust. This process is established in the covenant or trust agreement. We tell the trust what to do by writing out a simple agreement.

So who is the beneficiary of the trust? It is a new title of taken name. IE: Robert Uncle. We are abandoning the old dirty name that is all beat up. We TAKE a new one of our choice, This name is the most important one now. It is Supreme. Now remember we are a living vessel with one sole on board that sole is the supreme commander of that vessel. ALWAYS.

So now we have a covenant that has defined all the roles of the trust by an agreement or covenant. The grantor and creator= the person in your back pocket is finished we never see him again, except as per wishes of the creator and grantor� Do not worry, I do to want to confuse. The person in the back pocket needs a rest. So he sleeps in his office as Vice president or simply a Director of the duly authorized trustee corporation. He also may like weed and hookers so we let him play. He doesn't really do any thing anyway he is Lazy. This is also established in the covenant. As well as assigning brand shiny new name the title of first director or something similar.

Now we need to look at the corporate structure. How do you run this thing? Where are the instructions on what to do? It is established by another agreement called a charter.

So now we need to make sure our Board of Directors have something to do. We have 2 directors who have signing authority as well as the corporate seal for important documents that need to be notarized, which the corporation can do. 3 signatures for a legally recognized certified document. but I get ahead of myself, apologies.

So we now author a charter. It is derived from the covenant or trust agreement. It clearly defines exactly what the officers of the corporations duties are and defines the authority of the admin of the trust as The duly authorized trustee corporation. ALL OF THIS IS PRIVATE. We are forming a PRIVATE TRUST. Things like expenses, compensation for performing of duties etc� creating credit.

So now we have on other thing to do� Who owns the Corporation?

That would be the taken Name as Sole shareholder. The corporations officers only answer to this new name. The corporation is only responsible to its shareholders and it is PRIVATE. This is also set out in the original trust agreement.

Now all the roles are defined what next? Well, this given name has given the vessel many headaches. So to stop the headaches we kill him. I know, harsh but he needed to be put out of his misery. We did this by giving him an office to sleep forever in. Now we are ready to establish some value.

We appraise all property values associated with this given name, as well as a total figure for a lifetime of servitude. and come up with a total. So for example, average income for 40 years which includes all working life and retirement. Lets say 40 k x 40 years - 1.6 million + property value = Amount of the lien. It has been accounted for by a chartered account = officers of corporation acting under corporate charter.

So now we take our accounting figures and file a lien. Thru the PPSA ACT in alberta and similar things in other provinces. Oh one other thing, stamps� We recommend you get a Stamp for each signature and an embossed corporate seal. As well as one that says as per Bill of exchange act 1985 and one the says as per PPSA reg #�..

Now you take your info and file your lien for the amount stipulated. You are now ready for proper public notice. PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the VESSEL known as JASON FREDRICK LE BLANC is now the LAWFUL PROPERTY of a PRIVATE TRUST per the wishes of the CREATOR and GRANTOR. Therefore: LET IT BE KNOWN THAT AS OF THIS DATE, BEING FEBRUARY 27, 2013, THE VESSEL KNOWN AS JASON FREDRICK LE BLANC MUST BE CONSIDERED A PRIVATE VESSEL WITH NO COMMERCE EXPECTED AND/OR IMPLIED. PARTIES ATTEMPTING TO USE JASON FREDRICK LE BLANC FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES MAY BE FINED AT THE RATE OF TWO HUNDRED And FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS PER DAY ($250,000.00 PER DAY) OR ANY PART THEREOF, FOR UNAUTHORIZED USE. Do this before you lien the ALL CAPS NAME.

Share holder has one share, sole shareholder, The corporation reports to the shareholder. Answers to the share holder. The shareholder owns the share, the corporation is liable. The share is held. It is defined in articles of incorporation and or charter� articles of incorporation = charter.
