i got called in for jury duty. First day. I just downloaded the black's law dictionary last night. lol. we were told we can not discuss the case with anyone, and that we can not do research online.

Another problem is that, the offer-to-contract that you guys mailed to my home, has offered in it no consideration to me. One of the elements of a valid contract, is that both sides have to be receiving consideration from each other which ultimately, leads them both to a consensus ad idem. no, i was more like, the judge explained that you have to use circumstantial evidence to help decide a case, and i asked him where does the law say that, so he read it from the book directions from judge to jury, and asked me if i could follow his instructions, and i said i would have a hard time convicting based on circumstantial evidence and i gasped the word *ridiculous* outloud in the courtroom when he said it was actually a law.

You should've asked him- "Are you sure that's the "LAW," or, is that really just a STATUTE-in-an-ACT, which is a BILL- that's a MERCANTILE INSTRUMENT, which is based upon contract/contracting, that ONLY has the FORCE-OF-LAW, by the CONSENT-of-the-GOVERNED though, right?"

yes, i registered to vote when i moved last time. fun, well, they dismissed me for cause, and thanked me for my service. for two years, i am done.
